Short trip – Bintan Spa Villa

Singapore is a very small island. So sometimes when we’re looking for somewhere to relax and destress ourselves and not breaking the bank, we will visit some nearby island.

Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer. — William S. Burroughs

Indonesia is one of the most favourite aside from our neighbour – Malaysia~

Comparing just between Bintan and Batam, Bintan is more luxurious, and that also means the expenses in Bintan will be higher than Batam.

So how long does and how to visit Bintan from Singapore?

I can say, there’s only one way to go to Bintan from Singapore. And that is by ferry! Total travelling time is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Singapore – Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

There are few different ferries,

1) Bintan Resort Ferries

2) Sindo Ferry

It is recommended to book resort/villa/hotel together with ferry as a package. As most of the packages includes ferry, accommodation and free breakfast!

For this recent Bintan trip, we booked via weekendgowhere. The package we booked this time is 2d1n trip to Bintan Spa Villa Beach Resort.

The package includes,

  • Ferry
  • 2d1n accommodation @ Bintan Spa Villa
  • Free breakfast
  • Free lunch
  • Free 60mins massage
  • Free 2 ways land transfer from ferry terminal to resort
  • Free wifi

Lastly, it’s the sea view that you enjoy and the peace away bustling city, as the resort is about an hour away from the terminal.

You may refer to this link if you’re keen.

Photos below are all non-edited.

There are few different kinds of room available, there are Seaview and jacuzzi suite. And some water activities as well as mangrove tour.

Both my Friend and I did not try any of the activities, but just simply – sit down there, watch movies, eat, drink, chit chat, chill, massage and sleep.

Forget to add on, there’s free movie nights too! Food that the resort offers are delicious too. Indonesia Fried chicken is one of da-best!

I will consider going back there again – because having some peace off everything is a real gem!

Thank you so much for reading my short little post~ Hope you enjoys it! Till next time~ 💕
